RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We accept returns for eligible merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All approved returns will be issued in the form of a non-expiring store credit (gift card), delivered to the email address provided at the time of order.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags, liners, and branded packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within the 14-day window through your One Stop Rave account.

  • Items returned in damaged, used, or altered condition, or without original packaging, will be deemed ineligible for store credit and will be discarded without notice or compensation.

Return Shipping & Label Fees

  • If the "Free Return or Exchange Coverage" add-on was purchased at checkout, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost. This coverage applies once per order, and only to U.S. customers.

  • If the coverage was not purchased, a flat fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Packaging Requirements

  • Please use the original shipping materials or equivalent protective packaging.

  • Do not use USPS Priority Mail-branded boxes unless instructed. Improper packaging may result in postage due, which will be deducted from the store credit.

  • A packing slip must be included inside the return package.

  • The return label must be clearly affixed to the outside of the package.

Liability

  • One Stop Rave is not liable for any return shipments that are lost, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged in transit. Customers are advised to retain tracking numbers for all shipments.

Processing Times

  • Please allow up to seven (7) business days after confirmed delivery for returns to be inspected and processed.


International Returns

International customers may initiate return requests by logging into their One Stop Rave account within thirty (30) daysof purchase.

While we do not provide prepaid return labels or return coverage for international orders, eligible returns can still be processed for store credit under the following conditions:

Return Process

  • Log in to your One Stop Rave account using the email associated with your order to request a return.

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and elements.

  • Include the packing slip in your return shipment.

Shipping Requirements

  • Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method. Retain all proof of shipment.

  • Clearly mark your return as “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration to avoid additional duties or fees. Customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Processing

  • Returns will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt. Store credit will be issued via gift card to the original email address on file.


Made-to-Order Items

All sales of made-to-order merchandise are considered final. These items are produced on demand and are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Production Delays If a production delay exceeds the standard fulfillment window, a customer may request either store credit or a full refund at the discretion of One Stop Rave.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within three (3) days of delivery.

  • Submit clear photographs of the item, packaging, and defect.

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and issue summary.


Final Sale Items

The following item types are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Made-to-Order Items

  • Personalized Products

  • Undergarments

  • Jewelry

  • Face Masks

  • Hair Accessories

  • Hosiery

  • Mystery Bags

  • Seasonal or Holiday-Themed Items

  • Items Marked “Final Sale”


Fair Return Practices

To maintain the integrity of our policies and prevent misuse, One Stop Rave reserves the right to:

  • Review and evaluate customer return patterns.

  • Temporarily or permanently restrict access to returns.

  • Cancel or refuse future orders from customers found in violation of our policy terms.

Examples of Misuse:

  • Submitting false or misleading return claims.

  • Repeatedly returning used or worn merchandise.

  • Exploiting the system to receive store credit for items used at events and returned afterward.
