Processing and Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

In-stock items generally process within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Made-to-order items can take three business days up to 4 weeks to manufacture and dispatch. For specific fulfillment timelines on made-to-order products, please refer to the product page of the item in question.

Please note that these are estimated manufacturing times and do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping transit times vary based on your location and the service selected. For the most accurate shipping estimate, please go ahead and checkout, where you can choose your preferred shipping option and see the associated cost based on your specific location and the items in your order.

U.S. Orders

USPS Services:

  • Ground Advantage: 2-8 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

UPS Services:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select®: 3 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Next business day (end of day)
  • UPS Next Day Air®: Next business day (morning delivery)
  • UPS Next Day Air® Early: Next business day (early morning delivery)
  • UPS® Ground: 1-5 business days (depending on distance)
  • UPS® Ground Saver: 1-5 business days (depending on distance)
International Orders

USPS Services:

  • Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
  • Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days

UPS Services:

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited®: 2-5 business days

ORDER TRACKING

You can check the status of your order at any time inside your account using the Shop app, or by the email you used while placing your order. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS

Due to our quick processing time, typically within 24 hours, address changes may not be possible once an order is placed.

  • If your item hasn't been shipped yet: Please email us directly at [email protected]. To expedite the process, label your email as "Priority: Address Change" and include your order number along with the correct shipping address.
  • If your item has already been shipped: We cannot make changes once the order is in transit. In this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly. They may be able to assist with address adjustments before delivery. It's essential to act quickly to ensure the best chance of successful address modification. We cannot guarantee changes to an order once it's been shipped.

RETURN TO SENDER (RTS)

Occasionally, packages may be returned to us by the postal carrier due to various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Unclaimed package
  • Denied due to customs charges
  • Incomplete or insufficient address
  • Damage to shipping label or package during transit
  • Package being undeliverable as addressed
  • Prohibited import or denied entry by customs
  • The addressee has moved & no forward address
  • Package refused by someone accepting it

If you notice that your tracking information has been updated to 'Return to Sender,' please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can reach us through our chat function, which is located in the screen's lower right corner. Please have your order number ready for faster resolution, or you can email us here.

In such cases, we can:

  • Issue an invoice for a new shipment label to your new address.
  • Issue store credit minus shipping cost.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and it is crucial to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order to avoid such issues. We appreciate your understanding.

Packages left unclaimed will be stored for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed packages will be restocked into inventory, and the customer will be given store credit for their purchase minus shipping charges.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

At One Stop Rave, we prioritize the security and condition of your order. For all orders within the United States, we provide free insurance for packages valued 

up to $200, safeguarding your purchase against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please get in touch with us immediately at HERE. Our dedicated team is here to help you file a complimentary insurance claim (up to $200) on your package and ensure a swift resolution to the issue.
