At One Stop Rave, we understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Here’s what you must do if you suspect your package is lost.

Steps to Take if Your Package is Lost

  1. Check the Delivery Status:

    • First, check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will help you understand the current status of your package.
  2. Verify the Delivery Address:

    • Ensure that the delivery address you provided at checkout is correct. Check around your property or with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to the wrong location.
  3. Wait for Potential Delays:

    • Sometimes, packages may be marked as delivered up to 72 hours before arrival. Please wait 72 hours after the stated delivery date before taking further action.
  4. File a Claim:

    • If your package is still missing after 72 hours, file a claim:
      • If You Purchased Redo Package Protection: Your item is covered for lost packages. File a claim through our Return & Claim Portal, and we will process your replacement or store credit according to the Redo terms.
      • If You Did Not Purchase Redo Package Protection: Contact our customer service team immediately for further assistance. 

Please report lost packages within 30 days of the expected delivery date. After 30 days, locating the package may be difficult due to the inability to file a claim or access tracking information.

Please note that One Stop Rave is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit or marked delivered, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

What Happens Next?

  • Claim Review:

    • We or the mailing carrier will review your claim and reply as soon as possible.
    • If your claim is approved with Redo Package Protection, you will receive a new order confirmation email. If the item(s) are unavailable, One Stop Rave will issue you store credit.
