At One Stop Rave, we know that not everything works out perfectly — and that’s okay. Our optional Free Return or Exchange add-on is here to make the return process easier, faster, and more affordable when you need it.


What Is “Free Return or Exchange”?

This optional add-on allows us to cover the cost of your return shipping label if you decide to return or exchange your item for store credit. Without this add-on, customers are responsible for paying to ship items back. It’s a simple way to make the return process easier, more affordable, and stress-free.

  • Valid only on U.S. orders

  • Must be added during checkout

  • Covers one return shipment per order


How It Works

If You Purchased the Add-On:

  • You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email after your return request is approved.

  • Submit your return request through your One Stop Rave Account within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive your return, you’ll be issued store credit via a digital gift card.

If You Did Not Purchase the Add-On:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Returns must still be initiated through your One Stop Rave Account within 14 days of delivery.

  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved via a digital gift card.


What’s Covered

  • One prepaid return shipping label per order

  • Items returned in accordance with our Return Policy

  • Store credit for the full item amount (minus original shipping, if applicable)

  • U.S. customers only


What’s Not Covered

  • Returns received outside the 14-day window

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging

  • Orders placed outside the U.S.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Refunds to the original payment method


Important Terms

  • This add-on must be purchased at the time of checkout to qualify.

  • It is non-refundable, even if not used.

  • Covers one return shipment per order.

  • Gift cards/store credit issued never expire.

  • Returns are for store credit only (no cash refunds).


Customer Responsibilities

  • Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Returns must be packed securely using the original or equivalent packaging.

  • Do not use USPS Priority Mail branded packaging (this causes delays and may result in rejected returns).

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
