What is Redo?

Redo is a service that provides package protection and free return shipping for exchanges or store credit within the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If Redo was Purchased:

    • Receive a prepaid return shipping label for free returns and exchanges.
    • Initiate your return by visiting our Return & Claim Portal.
  • If Redo was Not Purchased:

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Initiate your return by visiting our Return & Claim Portal.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Package Protection

  • If Redo was Purchased:

    • Lost Packages: Considered lost if not reported as "Delivered" or stuck in any shipping status other than "Delivered" for 7+ days. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.
    • Stolen Packages: Marked as "Delivered" but not received. Claims must be filed 3-5 days after the delivery date.
    • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in unacceptable condition, file a claim immediately. Claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery.
  • If Redo was Not Purchased:

    • Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: Contact the carrier to file a claim directly. Additionally, reach out to our customer service to see if we can provide further assistance. Please note that One Stop Rave is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they are in transit, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
    • Defected Item: File a claim through our Return & Claim Portal within 3 days of delivery.

Exclusions:

  • Package protection does not cover expedited shipments not arriving on time, orders not delivered due to an incorrect address entry, or quality control issues.

Filing a Claim

To start a return or file a claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged package:

  1. Start a Claim: Visit our Return & Claim Portal.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and relevant information. For damaged packages, include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

What Happens Next?

If your claim is approved, you will receive a new order confirmation email. If the item(s) are unavailable, One Stop Rave will issue you store credit.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Ensure all provided information is accurate when filing a claim. False or misleading claims will result in denial and possible cancellation of Redo coverage.
  • Timely Claims: File claims within the specified time frames to ensure coverage under Redo.
